Questions

Does Chatrove read my conversations?

Only when you ask it to: when you click "Continue in…", it reads the open conversation in your browser and pastes it into the AI you picked. Nothing is sent to Chatrove's servers. Your saved prompts and chats are stored locally in your browser.

Does it work in the ChatGPT or Claude desktop apps?

No. Chatrove is a browser extension, so it works on the websites (chatgpt.com, claude.ai and gemini.google.com) in Chrome, Edge and other Chromium browsers like Brave.

Does the handoff carry images or files?

It carries the text of the conversation. Images and attached files need to be uploaded again in the new AI. Very long chats are shortened to the first message plus the most recent ones.

Can I use Pro on more than one computer?

Yes, on up to 3. Install Chatrove on the other computer and use "Already paid? Recover your license" with the email you paid with.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Open the Chatrove popup and click "Manage or cancel subscription". For a refund within 14 days of your purchase, email support@chatrove.app.

Is Chatrove in Spanish?

Yes. Chatrove is available in English and Spanish and follows your browser's language.
